Snowpocalyps 2014: Portland, OR Style

Sam and I ditched work the other day to catch a late flight to Portlandia to see our good friends, Dave and Steff. See the photo below for a glamour shot of the four of us together... wink wink.

This time around, we weren't blessed with such gorgeous weather as we happened to hit Portland during the 2014 Snowpocalypse.

We had good intentions of cruising from Portland to the coast while stopping at many wineries and the Tillamook cheese factory. But that dream was crushed when every winery we called was having a snowday. We did manage to find one that was willing to share some wine with us --- thank you Argyle.

The snow kept on coming, so we switched gears, headed back to the city to enjoy what Portland does best - micro brews ;)

The rest of the weekend was spent kicking back with our besties and truly relaxing. Thanks to the McDonald's for entertaining us!
