This is a compilation of workouts that I teach to my workout classes. I love making new functional workouts every week, and when I get a chance, I post my favs here!
My fitness philosophy is to enjoy your workout as much as you enjoy the results. I choose my exercises based on simple motions that need little to no equipment, so there's no excuse! You don't have to hit the gym to be fit - a little motivation, determination, a desire to be a better YOU!
